The ZGLEDUN LDSCB series product is a SPD dedicated surge backup protector. It can effectively solve the fire hazard caused by the deterioration of the lightning protector and the power grid failure, and solve the failure of the lightning protector caused by the malfunction of the backup protection device caused by lightning. This backup surge protector ensures that the surge protector (SPD) does not catch fire, and the equipment lightning protection continues to be effective. At present, fuses or circuit breakers are widely used in coordination with SPD. When SPD fails or short-circuits, it will cause fire. Seies LDSCB is specially designed for SPD. It will not break under a large lightning strike. But it can be quickly broken when small power frequency current occurs after SPD failure. 

Features:

◆SCB can achieve selective breaking of the passed power frequency current and lightning current, which can effectively protect the SPD surge protector due to deterioration that causes the SPD start voltage to drop below the power supply voltage, and the power frequency leakage current increases, causing serious fire accidents.

◆ When the SPD has lightning current passing through, the SGB connected in series at the front of the SPD can ensure that the lightning current will not trip, damage, and the lightning protection will continue to be effective;

◆The UP Value (voltage protection level value) of SCB is very low when passing thunder current;

◆Using parameter control trip mechanism, and installation with 35mm guide rail .

Main Structure and Working Principle:

This SPD with one-port, anti-shock protection function, indoor fixed installation, and of voltage limited type.

SPD has a built-in disconnector. When the SPD fails due to overheating or breakdown, the disconnector can automatically disconnect it from the grid and give an indication signal at the same time. The visible indicator is white when the SPD is working normally, and is red when it fails to disengage.

IP+N, 2P+N, and 3P+N are respectively composed of SPD+NPE zero-ground protection modules of IP, 2P, and 3P, which are used in power supply systems such as TT and TN-S.
